Nestletosh is pleased to announce that we now offer Commercial Lead Based Paint Testing. Today many large companies are selling their manufacturing plants or are remodeling to provide other services and products. More and more emphasis is being placed on making sure those facilities are environmental safe and decommissioned properly. Thus, protecting workers and the general public from exposure to the hazards of lead.
In such commercial testing we will do a pre-test and overview of the property. These tests include water test and lead based paint testing of building surfaces, holding tanks and other equipment as needed. We can also include air filter testing and soil sampling. Testing to consist of both on site XRF testing and AIHA approved lab analysis of field samples submitted. Upon modification of the facility we will again test to confirm all lead hazards were addressed and corrected.
All testing is done in accordance with both EPA and State Standards as they would apply. Additionally, we comply with all OSHA regulations and their guidelines.
No longer can we operate as we did in the past when shutting down a manufacturing facility. Testing of this caliber gives peace of mind and can help in preventing future litigation and long term liabilities.
